Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl mix together chicken, bread crumbs, dried onion, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and egg. Spread in greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bacon bits. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.

- In a small skillet, cook chopped onions and bacon together over medium heat. Cook until bacon is done, drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 °F and grease a small casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked bacon and onion mixture, ground chicken, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and 3 tbsp. ranch dressing. Mix until everything is even.
- Press ground meat mixture into a loaf form and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until meatloaf is golden brown on top.
- Spread the remaining ranch dressing on top and serve hot.

- Rip bread into tiny pieces and place in a large bowl. Add milk to soak bread and mix gently.
- Add meat to the soaked bread and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently a few times.
- Add in ranch packet and one egg. Using your hands, incorporate all of the ingredients until mixed but not over mixed.
- Place meat mixture onto a foil-lined pan (see helpful tips for how to make a meatloaf pan) and shape into a loaf.
- Mix together ketchup, raw honey and mustard until well mixed. Coat the loaf evenly with the ketchup glaze.
- Bake meatloaf in a 350F oven for 60-80 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 165F.

- Add the bacon to a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Saute for 10-12 minutes until bacon starts to color and release some fat. You do not want to cook it until crisp! Remove half of the bacon and place it in a large bowl. Continue cooking the other half of the bacon until crispy and cooked through to your liking. Remove and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl (less the Ranch Dressing) and use your hands to mix to combine. Add the mixture to a large loaf pan (I used a 1.5 quart glass loaf pan 5" x 9").
