Ranch Chex Mix Recipes

RANCH PARTY MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
• In a large roasting pan pour the rice cereal, oyster crackers, cheese crackers, Bugles, pretzels, and peanuts gently toss.
• Drizzle vegetable oil evenly over the mix.
• Sprinkle the ranch dressing packet, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill weed, and seasoning salt evenly over the mix. Gently toss again to coat evenly.
• Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring after each 15 minutes

ORIGINAL RANCH SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Combine cereal, pretzels and crackers in a gallon-size Glad® Zipper Storage Bag. Pour oil over mixture.
• Seal bag and toss to coat. Add dressing mix; seal bag and toss again until coated.

CHEESY RANCH CHEX™ MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

RANCH CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• In a large mixing bowl, toss Chex cereal with unsalted butter to coat.
• Evenly sprinkle and toss cereal with dry Ranch seasoning. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
• Allow to cool slightly before serving.
• Store in airtight containers or bags at room temperature.

CHEESY RANCH CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• In large microwaveable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereal, pretzels and crackers until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.

DILL PICKLE RANCH CHEX™ MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and bagel chips.
• In measuring cup or small bowl, mix oil, dill weed, garlic powder and pickle juice.
• Gradually pour oil mixture over cereal mixture until evenly coated. Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix, stirring to coat completely.
• Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute with rubber spatula and scraping side and bottom of bowl.
• Spread mixture on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

RANCH CHEX MIX SNACK

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large rimmed jelly roll sheet with parchment paper. In an extra large mixing bowl, combine rice cereal, peanuts, pretzels, cheese crackers, and oyster crackers. Gently toss with large slotted spoons. Melt butter in microwave and toss together with mixture in bowl.Combine ranch seasoning powder, mustard powder, grated parmesan, and dried parsley.Sprinkle over mixture then gently toss together.Pour mixture evenly over prepared pan.Bake in oven 30 minutes, tossing mixture halfway through baking.Allow to cool then store in airtight container.

RANCH CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. (See post for details about cooking in slow cooker.)
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients - cereal, pretzels, and crackers.
• In a glass measuring cup, combine the melted butter, ranch mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine well.
• Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to scrape down the bowl with a spatula adding any remnants to the baking sheet.
• Bake for 1 hour, tossing the ingredients on the tray every 15 mintues. Remove when the ingredients are golden brown and crisp.
• Serve right away, or wait to cool and then store in an airtight container for up to a week.

RANCH STYLE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Mix dry ingredients in large resealable plastic food-storage bag.
• Add remaining ingredients and seal bag.
• Shake until well mixed.

CHEESY RANCH CHEX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F.
• Spray two large baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
• Mix the Chex, pretzels, cheese crackers, melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
• Spread the Chex Mix over the baking sheets, and bake for 10 minutes.

CAJUN RANCH PARTY CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In your slow cooker mix together the corn cereal, pretzels, nuts and corn chips.
• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, cajun seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder together.
• Pour the seasoning mix over the cereal mixture and stir gently until evenly coated.
• Cook on low with the lid slightly cracked for 2 and a half hours stirring frequently. stirring every 20 minutes.
• Spread the chex mix out on a cookie sheet or parchment paper to cool.
• Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
