This dip is a hit whether you serve it at a block party or a formal dinner party! It really tastes like a BLT. You can cut the fat down if you want to use low-fat or fat free ingredients. Serve with crackers or chips.

1 pound bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tomato - peeled, seeded and diced

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes just before serving.

BLT Dip is an easy to make, cold appetizer dip that's perfect for parties. This creamy dip is filled with bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
3 roma tomatoes (diced and seeded)
3 green onions (diced)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, add cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add ranch seasoning and beat until incorporated.
  • Add half of the bacon, half of the tomatoes, and half of the green onions to the dip and stir until incorporated.
  • Spread dip into an 8x8 (or other 2 quart) dish. Sprinkle remaining half of ingredients over the top.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is a super yummy recipe I had at a Pampered Chef party. I love it so much I had to share it with everyone.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
6 slices cooked and chopped bacon (3/4 cup real bacon bits can be substituted)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped tomato
1 bunch green onion, chopped (not white part)
1 baguette, to spread dip on

Steps:

  • 1.) soften the cream cheese.
  • Mix ranch dressing, cream cheese, bacon bits, celery, tomato and green onions in a medium bowl.
  • Cover and refridgerate for at least an hour.
  • Slice bread and spread the dip onto it.
  • Once cream cheese is softened the prep time should only be about 15-20 minutes.
  • Cook time about 10 for bacon.

1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped, divided
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
Assorted crackers or toasted French bread slices

Steps:

  • Set aside 2 tablespoons tomato for garnish. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and salad dressing. Add the bacon, celery, onion, sugar and remaining tomato; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Garnish with reserved tomato. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted bread slices.

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 cup diced tomatoes (well drained plus extra for garnish)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon (cooked and drained, divided)
3 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until fluffy with a mixer on medium.
  • Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, green onions, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and ⅔ of the bacon.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Remove from the fridge, top with lettuce, remaining bacon and chopped tomatoes.
