CHEESY RANCH BEAN DIP RECIPE

A quick and easy party appetizer made with just 4 ingredients and prepared in minutes. Great to serve with tortilla chips, sliced vegetables or as a side dish to your favorite Mexican meal.

1 15 oz can refried beans
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 packet ranch seasoning
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small baking dish, mix beans, sour cream, and ranch mix together until it is combined. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and serve warm with chips or as a side dish.

  • In a large saucepan, combine the beans, tomatoes, cheese, and onions.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and pour into serving bowl.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

1 pint sour cream
1 packet ranch dip mix
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans (I use fat-free)
1 cup shredded cheese, your choice (I use Mexican blend or cheddar)
1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 medium tomatoes, diced
tortilla chips, for dipping

Steps:

  • Combine sour cream and ranch dip.
  • Spread refried beans in the bottom of a glass pie pan.
  • Spread ranch dip over top of refried beans.
  • Top with the other ingredients: cheese, olives, onions, tomato.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
