BAILEYS FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- To make the whipped topping, place 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream, 4 ounces whipping cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whisk with a hand electric mixer at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- To make the custard, whisk together 2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 ounces whipping cream, vanilla extract, and eggs in a shallow dish.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan at medium-low heat. While waiting for butter to melt, dip each side of the bread in the Baileys mixture until completely soaked, about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Fry the bread on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Top the bread with a dollop of Baileys whipped cream. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Grease a 9x12-inch baking dish.
- Stir 1 cup brown sugar and butter together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves into butter, 2 to 4 minutes. Pour into prepared baking dish and spread a 1 1/2- to 2-inch layer of bread pieces over the top.
- Beat milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; pour milk mixture over bread into the baking dish and move bread as necessary to ensure all bread is absorbing liquid. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Remove and discard plastic wrap from baking dish and sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the top of the bread mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.

- Whisk the eggs in a low shallow dish - a pie plate works well - or if you'd like to coat several pieces of bread at once, use a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Add the milk, sugar and vanilla extract and whisk again until well combined.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter to a 12-inch to 14-inch skillet and place over MEDIUM heat. Meanwhile, place one slice of brioche into the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides. When butter has melted and begins to foam, add the coated brioche. Dip and transfer as many pieces of brioche that will comfortably fit in the pan without touching. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and then flip the bread and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
- Transfer the French toast to a platter and keep warm. If you don't have a warming tray, place the French toast on a baking sheet and transfer to a 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
- Wipe down the skillet with a paper towel and repeat the process with remaining butter, bread, and egg mixture.
