- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Place apples into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples. Bake 25-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a 9 by 12 baking dish, combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. In a small bowl, mix flour or graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter together using the tines of a fork and your fingers, working until even, small crumbles form. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples and bake 15 to 20 minutes until apples are just tender and topping is golden brown. Top dishes of apple crisp with small scoops of vanilla ice cream. YUM!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash and slice the pears and apples and add to a 9-inch baking dish (round or square works)
- Coat the apples and pears in coconut oil and cinnamon and mix well
- In a food processor, pulse together the crumb ingredients a few times until a crumb-like dough forms
- Add the crumb topping on top of the apples and pears and make sure it is covering majority of the dish
- Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes and serve while warm
- If topping with ice cream or yogurt, I recommend adding to plate then adding it so it doesn't melt in hot dish

- Peel, core and cut apples into bite size chunks or slices and place in the prepared baking dish.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare oatmeal topping. In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until only small pieces remain. Set aside.
- Peel and slice apples and pears into 1/4-inch slices. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning while continuing to work.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and vanilla. Add to apples and pears, tossing to coat.
- Transfer to an 8x8 square baking dish. Top off with oatmeal crumb topping. Bake for 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and oatmeal topping is crisp.
