Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter and 1 cup sugar; cook over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations.
- Combine the apples, apple pie spice and remaining sugar; sprinkle over dough to within 1 inches of edges.
- Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Cut into 1-in. rolls; place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
- Pour reserved syrup over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Separate rolls. On a greased baking sheet, arrange triangles with bases overlapping. Form into a circle. (Points toward outside with center open circle.).
- Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over the base of the triangles. Fold points over filling and tuck under bases.
- Brush with some milk and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except crescent roll dough.
- 2. Mix the filling well.
- 3. Unroll both the cans of dough and cut each in half. You should have 4 sections. Pinch together the seams.
- 4. Cover with "spread" until there is just about 1/4-1/2 inch left at end of dough.
- 5. Roll up and pinch seam. Cut into 6 slices using a serrated knife.
- 6. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 mins or until golden brown.
