CHOCOLATE PRETZELS
These are unlike any chocolate pretzel I have ever had before! My aunt gave me the recipe and they are wonderful.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place pretzels on baking sheets. Unwrap candy kisses and place one in the center of each pretzel.
- Place in preheated oven 1 to 2 minutes, until kisses melt. Remove from oven and place one candy-coated chocolate in the center of each pretzel. Chill in refrigerator until set.

Steps:
- Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly.
- Dip pretzel halfway into the white chocolate, completely covering half of the pretzel. Roll in topping if desired, and lay on wax paper.
- Continue the process until all of the white chocolate is finished. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden. Store in airtight container.

- Put chocolate in small bowl.
- Microwave for 35 seconds.
- The chips will still look whole, DO NOT MICROWAVE ANY LONGER! IT WILL BURN, instead stir for 20 seconds and all lumps will be smooth.
- Lay out a piece of foil.
- Dip pretzels with fingers in chocolate scrape off excess and lay on foil.
- Wait 30 minutes to cool (Better if not put in fridge or freezer, they melt when they come out).

- 1. Put chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl.
- 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and then stir. Continue to microwave at intervals of 30 seconds and stirring until it is completely melted and smooth.
- 3. Put pretzels in by the handful, stir them around until coated. With tongs remove them and put on a cookie sheet with wax paper on it.
- 4. When cookie sheet is full place in fridge until the chocolate is hardened. Continue until all the chocolate or pretzels are gone. I used about 2 1/2 cookie sheets for all of them.

- Start by melting your chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. There are two ways to do this step. The first is to place your chocolate in the microwave and stir every 30 seconds until your chocolate is completely melted. The second way is to melt your chocolate over a double boiler while stirring constantly. Either way works, just make sure that your chocolate doesn't become too hot and seizes. If you are using different types of chocolate such as white chocolate and dark chocolate, melt them in separate bowls.
- Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. For this recipe, either work as there is no baking involved.
- Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and place them on the baking sheet in a single layer. You can use any type of chocolate to cover the pretzels or use a combination of them. If you want to add toppings, do so now. Move the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- To decorate your pretzels, there are a ton of options. My favorite is to place the rest of the melted chocolate into a piping bag and after the chocolate pretzels have hardened, to drizzle more chocolate over them. Using white and dark chocolate on top of each other creates an amazing contrast. You can also sprinkle a variety of garnished on top while your chocolate is still wet.
- Serve these as a snack at any occasion and get ready for tons of compliments.

- Melt the chocolate over medium heat in a double boiler on the stove. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Once it's melted, stir in any flavoring as desired.
- Remove from the heat. Dip the pretzels into the melted chocolate using a fork underneath. Let the excess drip off.
- Place on the parchment paper to set completely. Before they set, sprinkle on any toppings you want, crushed candy canes, sprinkles ,etc.
- Once set, store in a closed container between layers of waxed paper at room temperature for up to a week.l Freeze in freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
