Steps:
- Spoon chili and cheese onto flour tortilla and roll up.You can put a toothpick or two to in hold it in place.
- Place on microwavable plate and cook for about 2 minutes (or until warm throughout).
- Top with sour cream and green onions. Enjoy!
QUICK AND EASY CHILI BEAN BURRITO (FOR 1)
I don't know if you can really call this a recipe since it's basically just throwing a few things into a tortilla, but I LOVE this combo!

Steps:
- Stir water and refried beans together until beans are thin. (You can use less or no water if you don't want your beans so thin, but I like them that way).
- Heat in a small saucepan just until warmed (about 4 minutes?).
- Spread on tortilla.
- Microwave turkey chili and spread over beans.
- Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Fold in both edges and wrap. You may need to hold with a toothpick.
- Microwave on high about 30 seconds.

- In a large stock pot lightly brown ground beef, and drain if needed.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
- Add tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chile peppers, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes and then serve.

- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Let stand until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the chili powder, cumin and pepper flakes until combined. Add beans and rice; cook and stir until heated through, 4-6 minutes., Spoon about 1/2 cup of filling off-center on each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons salsa. - Rinse beans in cold water, drain well.
- Combine beans, salsa, cumin and chili powder in large pan. Cook over medium-high heat for about ten minutes, mashing beans slightly with back of wooden spoon. Stir occasionally, adding a little water if mixture looks too dry.

CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS
This is a dish my mom taught me, it's really quick and easy and my family loves it.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
- 2. Cook ground beef until brown, drain, rinse and return to skillet.
- 3. Add taco seasoning to meat and add the amount of water specified on the seasoning package.
- 4. Let meat and taco seasoning simmer on low heat while you heat the tortillas.
- 5. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of meat to tortilla, top with 1 tbsp of cheese. Roll tortilla and put into 13x9 pan seam side down.
- 6. Once all 10 tortillas are added to the 13x9 pan top with can of chili. Add remaining cheese to the top of the chili.
- 7. Put dish into heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
