2 lbs chicken, cooked and sliced
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
2 (9 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to directions, arrange in greased 9 x 11 pan. Cut up cooked chicken into slices, arrange in pan. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry, and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute May make ahead and refrigerate, extend bake time to 50-55 minute.
  • Starting with raw chicken will extend the cooking time by 30-40 min, or the time it takes to cook the chicken.

2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the chicken.
  • In a small bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned.

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
4 cups hot cooked white rice, or as needed

Steps:

  • Put frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl; cook in microwave until hot, about 4 minutes. Transfer broccoli to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until no longer pink in the middle, 5 to 7 minutes. Top broccoli with chicken pieces evenly.
  • Stir chicken soup, mayonnaise, sherry, and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth; pour over the chicken and broccoli.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Mix bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, and melted butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over the dish.

16 ounces Broccoli
3/4 pound Chicken (cooked and cubed)
2 cups Cheese, medium cheddar (grated)
15 Ounce Alfredo Garlic Sauce (jar or other white sauce)
Milk (fill white sauce jar 1/2 to 2/3 full)
2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Parmesan (grated)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Put broccoli in a dish with a small amount of water. Cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes.
  • Place cubed chicken, broccoli and cheese in a large bowl. Add the jar of white sauce. Add milk to the jar filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Replace cap and shake well. Pour the milk into the bowl and mix everything together. Pour the chicken mixture into a 13 x 9 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Using the same bowl, mix together Bisquick, sour cream, milk and Parmesan. Pour the batter over the chicken mixture. Bake the chicken for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean in biscuit topping.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy.

4 cups cubed, or shredded chicken, cooked
24-32 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon, I prefer 'Better Than Bouillon' or use 2 bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the chicken and broccoli evenly. Place the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • In a medium bowl whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, heavy cream, chicken broth, bouillon, and pepper. Pour the sour cream mixture evenly on top of the chicken and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top.
  • In a medium bowl combine the butter, salt, and breadcrumbs. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until warmed through and toasted on top.
  • Serve warm.

I know there are a lot of chicken Divan recipes out there, but I thought I should post this for new cooks due to the fact that it is incredibly easy. This makes a very nice cheese sauce and it's good for you. Enjoy.

10 ounces broccoli or 10 ounces asparagus
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into 1 inch strips about 1/2 inch thick. Spray a non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook chicken until just done.
  • Cook the asparagus or broccoli spears in a small amount of boiling water in a medium sauce pan; drain.
  • Arrange asparagus or broccoli spears in a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish, 10x6x2.
  • Top with cooked chicken.
  • Blend soup, cayenne pepper if desired, and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir in the cheese.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken.

3 cup(s) cooked diced chicken

2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar
- pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon juice. Pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly. Add chicken and broccoli (still not cooked but is limp from thawing). Mix together. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Top with 2 cups cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.
