- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the caramel topping and pecans on high for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until mixture is thickened. Cool for 5 minutes. Place the crackers on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Spoon 1 teaspoon caramel mixture over each cracker. Refrigerate for 1 hour. , In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip the bottom of each cracker in chocolate; shake off excess. Place caramel side down on waxed paper-lined pans. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Store in an airtight container.

- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a bowl whisk the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together.
- Add the chicken, broccoli florets and toss it together with the cream of chicken/sour cream mixture, making sure each pieces is coated fully.
- Add the chicken and broccoli to the casserole dish.
- Add the crackers to a food processor and pulse a few times until the crackers resemble breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkled the crumbled crackers over the casserole the chicken and broccoli and then drizzle with the melted butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the casserole starts to bubble and the crackers start to turn golden brown.

My Aunt gave me this recipe. I knew it had to be good because she's a wonderful cook. Children and adults love this. Easy and unique.

Steps:
- Cook dates, milk and pecans until thick.
- Line crackers on cookie sheet.
- Put a dollop of mixture on each cracker.
- Bake 350 for 20 to 30 mins and cool.
- Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together,top each cracker with this mixture.
- Put in fridge until set.
- Makes 38 crackers.

I make these quite often and they are so good and easy. I first ate these at a family reunion and could not find out who made them so I looked around until I found the recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Cook pecans, dates and milk over low heat until thick. Cool. Put a spoonful on each cracker. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.
- 2. ICING: Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Blend well. Ice every cracker. I make one stripe down each cracker. This makes them look prettier but you will have some icing left-over. I also rather use Town House Original Topper crackers because they have an indentation on top.

- Peel the boiled eggs and place into a medium-size bowl. Slice eggs and then coarsely mash them with the back of a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and dill; stir until well blended. NOTE: This mixture can be refrigerated, covered, up to two days.
- Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Spread the buttered side of each 10 slices of bread with 2 tablespoons of the prepared egg mixture. Top with remaining slices of bread, buttered side down.
- Carefully cut the crusts from sandwich with a long, sharp knife. Cut in half diagonally, then cut in half again. If desired, decorative shapes can be made with cookie cutters.
