- Sift dry ingredients.
- Add coconut milk to dry ingredients.
- Grease ramekins.
- Pour batter inches.
- Put in steamer.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Check with toothpick.
- Serve with grated coconut on top.

This muffin is based on a standard popcorn muffin recipe. Just add some Portuguese sausage, onion and rosemary for a muffin that can be served with soup or a salad.

- Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk, popped corn, egg, and butter.
- Heat chourico in microwave for two minutes.
- Pat heated chourico with a paper towel to absorb grease.
- Add chourico, onion, and rosemary.
- Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake in hot oven (435 F) 20 minutes.
- Makes 12 muffins.
- Serve warm.

- Have rice cooked add the ingredients you want mix altogether add s& p put into very small muffin tins, sprayed with Pam.
- bake 400 for 10-15 minutes the cheese& egg will bond altogether.
- let cool they are easier to get out this way.
- Very good in lunches, appitizers I take them to parties.
- (the rice when all mixed together should be moist but not mucky).
- most of the time I do not measure just throw everything in I want adding more cheese or maybe an extra egg depending on the quantity of everything I've thrown in.

- Add water and coconut milk. Stir until smooth and well-blended. Cover with film and refrigerate overnight.
- Lightly spray insides of puto molds with non-stick cooking or lightly brush with melted butter. Pour puto batter into molds until 3/4 full.
- In the bottom part of the steamer, add water and bring to a boil. Arrange filled puto molds in a single layer on the steamer basket. Place steamer basket over the bottom part. Wrap lid of the steamer with cheesecloth or any cotton material (to prevent condensation from dripping onto puto) and cover steamer.
