Number Of Ingredients 11

2/3 C. Brown sugar
1/4 C. (1/2 stick) softened butter
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 egg
1 C. Flour
1 t. Baking soda
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 r. Ground cloves
1 C. Shredded zucchini
1/2 C. Chopped nuts
Spice Frosting (below)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square 8 x 8 pan. Mix brown sugar, butter vanilla $ egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon & cloves. Stir in zucchini & nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with spice frosting. Spice frosting 3/4 C. Powered sugar 1 T. softened butter 1/8 t. ground cloves 3-4 t. milk Mix all ingredients until smooth & spread on cooled bars.

1 cup white sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups grated zucchini
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat sugar, oil, eggs, and salt together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy. Add zucchini and mix on low until blended. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; beat until batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter into an ungreased 8x12-inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry, about 20 minutes.

4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup raisins, if desired
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with shortening. In large bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger and cloves. Stir in raisins. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 2 hours.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until smooth and spreadable. Spread frosting over bars. Sprinkle with walnuts. For bars, cut into 7 rows by 7 rows. Store in refrigerator.

Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until smooth and spreadable. Spreading frosting over bars. Sprinkle with walnuts. For bars, cut into 7 rows by 7 rows.
