Steps:

  • Mix pumpkin, whipped topping, pudding mix, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together until blended.

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute, granular
2 1/2 cups whipped cream or 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Beat pumpkin and pudding mix, milk, spices and splenda.
  • Fold in Whipped cream.
  • Chill well.
