- 1. Peel chop and dice apples and set aside. Mix eggs,sugar,oiland pumpkin well with electric mixer,til light and fluffy.
- 2. Stir together dry ingredients,flour,baking powder,soda,cinnamon,nutmeg and salt.Now add 2 Tablespoon of flour mixture to fresh diced and chopped apples. Toss very well. Set aside the apples.

- 1. Preheat Oven @ 350. Grease a 10 X 13 pan Peel Chop and dice apple and set aside.

- Preheat oven to 375°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick spray, then line with parchment paper and grease again lightly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, McCormick® Ground Nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 3-4 minutes, until light and fluffy.

You've got pumpkin and apple in one. This is a moist spicy cake with pieces of apple throughout. Optional-If you have a real sweet tooth drizzle powdered sugar mixed with buttershots or apple shnapps to glaze cake. This would also be great with dried cranberries or raisins mix in along with the apples. This recipe was given to me by Tim a Great guy I work with. Yes tweaked a bit! Made 60 mini muffins Nov 26, 2013 baked them for 15-18 minutes and I made twice the amount topping. I brought them to a party(leaving 12 home) so everyone could have a bite and room to enjoy the other food.

- Finely crush 6 graham cracker sheets by placing them in a gallon size ziploc bag and rolling over it with a rolling pin (seal the bag all but 1/2” to allow air to escape).
