6 slices bacon
12 ounces hot mustard (Olde English)
12 ounces cream cheese
1 beer
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
9 drops hot pepper sauce

Steps:

Fry Bacon to a crisp and remove from pan.
In the same pan, heat and blend all other ingredients.
Pour into hallowed out Hawaiian bread bowl.
Top with bacon and serve with pretzels.

1/3 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Pretzels

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels.

14 ounces Irish cheddar
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup light Irish-style beer ((Harp Lager))
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

Break the cheddar into chunks and place in the food processor. Pulse to break the cheddar up into small pieces.
Add the cream cheese, beer, garlic, ground mustard, and paprika. Puree until completely smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl and puree again if needed. Serve with pita chips, bread, crackers, veggies, or apple slices.

16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
8 ounce block cream cheese (cubed)
1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
pinch of cayenne
1/2 cup beer

Steps:

Blend the cheeses and seasonings in the bowl of a food processor until well combined.
Slowly add the beer and continue processing until the mixture is completely smooth.
Dip can be served immediately or refrigerated for one hour to chill and firm.
To serve warm, place dip into a medium saucepan and stir continuously over low heat until warm OR place dip in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on High for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each interval. Repeat until dip is heated thru.

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded extra sharp, yellow cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Colby Cheese
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup hard cider*
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped, pickled jalapeno peppers
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
60 Keebler® Town House® Flipsides® Original crackers

Steps:

1. In medium bowl toss together cheddar cheese, Colby cheese and
cornstarch. Set aside.
2. In medium saucepan whisk together cider and mustard. Cook over
medium-high heat until boiling. Slowly add the cheese mixture, a little at
a time, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in
jalapeno peppers and red pepper.
3. Transfer to 1-quart slow cooker or fondue pot. Keep warm over very
low heat. Serve with KEEBLER TOWN HOUSE FLIPSIDES Original
crackers.
