This is a nice smoothie to set you up for the day, I love cheesecake and this is my cheesecake in a glass. I hope you like it.

1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
1 banana
1 graham crackers or 1 digestive biscuit
1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ice cubes
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150 ml natural yoghurt

Steps:

  • Put all the above ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
  • Enjoy.

Steps:

  • Toss it all in a blender and mix until smooth and thickens. Don't worry, the cottage cheese gets all smooth and gives it a cheesecake cake batter taste.
