- Watermelon, Prosciutto and Feta Salad. Proscuitto adds a surprising, salty, savory note to a refreshing, summery salad of juicy cubed watermelon and feta cheese.
- Pork Saltimbocca. Saltimbocca, the wishful Italian name for this classical Roman dish, literally means "jumps in the mouth". In simple terms, it is a taste-bud tempting, trattoria-style entree of pan-fried, boneless pork loin chops topped with thin prosciutto slices and fresh sage leaves, poured over with a buttery white wine sauce.
- Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus. Wrapping thinly-sliced prosciutto around fresh, crisp asparagus spears is an easy way to dress up this grassy, green vegetable.

- Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Chops. Wrapping up pork chops mummy-style in thin prosciutto slices helps to keep naturally-lean pork juicy as it grills.
- Italian Sweet Pea and Prosciutto Risotto. When cold weather gets you craving carbs, satisfy your hunger with a dish of tummy-warming, creamy risotto. Sweet green peas and savory, salty prosciutto add wonderful Italian taste to this satisfying version that takes just over half an hour to cook from start to finish, and makes a great dinner on its own, or a sophisticated side dish for baked chicken breasts or fish.
- Collard Greens With Green Garlic and Prosciutto. Prosciutto brings savory flavor, and garlic scapes add mildly garlicky, springy sweetness to a side dish of simmered collard greens.
