Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer chicken, asparagus, stir-fry mixture and cheese in pie plate.
- In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray. In medium bowl, place Bisquick mix; cut in butter, using pastry blender or fork, until crumbly. Add boiling water; stir vigorously until soft dough forms. Using fingers dipped in Bisquick mix, press dough on bottom and up side of pie plate, forming edge on rim of plate. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over bottom of crust. Arrange asparagus in even layer over cheese; top with roasted peppers and oregano. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add zucchini and yellow squash; cook 2 minutes or just until tender. Layer over mixture in pie plate, overlapping slightly.
- In medium bowl, beat half-and-half, salt, pepper and eggs with wire whisk. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the bread crumbs. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Cook garlic until soft, about 1 minute. Add peppers and cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, asparagus and tomatoes and cook until softened, an additional 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute more. Add chicken stock, milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer and cook until liquid has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in carrot strips.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Toss pasta with vegetables and sauce. Add pasta water, if necessary, to loosen mixture. Serve garnished with Parmesan, parsley and basil.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- On a large heavy baking sheet, toss all of the vegetables with the oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs to coat. Transfer half of the vegetable mixture to another heavy large baking sheet and arrange evenly over the baking sheets. Bake until the carrots are tender and the vegetables begin to brown, stirring after the first 10 minutes, about 20 minutes total.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, tender but still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
- Toss the pasta with the vegetable mixtures in a large bowl to combine. Toss with the cherry tomatoes and enough reserved cooking liquid to moisten. Season the pasta with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with Reynolds Wrap® Pan Lining Paper, parchment side up. No need to grease dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions in a Dutch oven, adding the carrots, peas, squash, and/or asparagus for the last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Return the pasta mixture to the Dutch oven. Cover and set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan; whisk in flour and salt. Whisk in the milk, chicken broth, and goat cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in the reserved pasta water, tomatoes, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano.
- Pour milk mixture over the pasta mixture, tossing to coat. Spoon pasta mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the almonds and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the mixture just starts to turn golden and the sauce is bubbly.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper and red onion on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the black pepper; toss to coat evenly. Bake until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring once, about 20 minutes.
- 3. Whisk together the half-and-half, eggs and remaining 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a medium bowl. Add the cooked pasta and 1/2 cup each of the Parmesan and mozzarella, tossing to coat. Add the vegetables, and toss gently. Transfer to a lightly greased 9½-inch deep-dish pie pan.
