Ingredients

1/2 gal pineapple juice in can or pineapple, orange & apple juice
1 qt raspberry sherbet, softened
1/2 gal 7-up
1 pt sparkling red grape juice
1 pkg frozen, five alive juice

Steps:

1. The night before, I usually make an ice ring and ice cubes with the juice to keep the punch cold for the party.
2. Add the frozen five alive, 1/2 the bottle of 7-UP, Red Grape Juice and mix up. Smash the five alive juice if need be till it is slushy. Next spoon your raspberry sherbert into the punch, pour the rest of the pineapple juice. Top it with the ice ring and ice cubes if you made them. Add remaining 7-UP.

Ingredients

500 ml pineapple juice
1 1/4 liters lemonade, chilled
1 (1 1/2 liter) bottle ruby red grapefruit juice, chilled (Ocean Spray brand)

Steps:

Pour the pineapple juice among 2 ice-cube trays and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until set.
Combine lemonade and grapefruit juice in a large serving jug. Add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
Notes & tips.
You can make the ice cubes (step 1) and chill the lemonade and grapefruit juice up to 1 day ahead. Carry out step 2 just before serving.

1 pint fresh raspberries
1 (12-ounce) can frozen concentrated lemonade, thawed
1 1/2 cups vanilla vodka
3 cups cold water
2 cups seltzer water, chilled
Mint sprigs, for garnish
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds

Steps:

Put the raspberries in a blender or food processor and puree. Using a rubber spatula press the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a medium bowl. In a large pitcher combine the frozen concentrated lemonade, strained raspberry puree, the vodka, 3 cups of cold water and the seltzer. Stir and pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice.
