Steps:
- Place the apples, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon in the pressure cooking pot, and stir to combine. Select High Pressure and a 4 minute cook time. (It will take around 10 minutes to come up to pressure.)
- After the cook time ends, turn off the pressure cooker. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then use a quick release to. Carefully remove the lid. (For less chunky applesauce, you can allow all of the pressure to release naturally).
- Stir the apples with a spoon or a potato masher, breaking up large chunks, until you've achieved your desired consistency. For a smoother consistency, you can also blend the apples with an immersion blender in the pot or use a food mill.

With just 4 ingredients plus water you can have this amazing chunky applesauce brimming with chunks of tender apples and flavored with cinnamon and cloves.

Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then turn down to LOW and cook for 4 to 6 hours or until apples are tender.
- Use a potato masher to mash the apples into your desired consistency.
- Taste for desired sweetness. If necessary, stir in more sugar or honey while the applesauce is still warm. Adding in small increments until desired sweetness is reached.
- Serve warm or spoon into jars or containers and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

- Peel, core and cut each apple into 8 wedges. Cut each wedge crosswise in half; place in a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Add remaining ingredients., Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 3 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Mash apples with a potato masher or use an immersion blender until sauce is desired consistency.

- Peel and core the apples. I use the KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment. A knife or traditional peeler also works.
- Roughly chop the apples. Add the apples to the pot, along with the remaining ingredients: water, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine the ingredients. Make sure the apples are below the max fill line inside the Instant Pot.
