OVEN FRESH SEASONED POTATO WEDGES



Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges image

Family favorite french fries that go great with hotdogs or burgers.

Number Of Ingredients 7

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.

3 potatoes medium baking, scrubbed (1 1/2 lb. total)
3/4 cup seasoned stuffing mix crushed
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried herbs, crushed (Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly butter a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.Cut each potato lengthwise into eight equal wedges set aside.In a shallow dish or pie plate, mix stuffing mix, herbs, salt and pepper. Dip each potato wedge into melted butter or margarine, then coat with crumb mixture. Place wedges on jelly roll pan. Pour remaining butter around wedges.Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork tender."The crispy herb coating is a great addition to the tender potatoes."

2 medium Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon parsley flakes
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
  • Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.
