PORK TENDERLOIN WITH HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
Recipe VIDEO above. Tender, succulent pork fillet seasoned with a rub, seared until golden then baked in a Honey Garlic Sauce until sticky on the outside and juicy on the inside. Simply incredible! (And really, it's SIMPLE!)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Mix Sauce ingredients together.
- Mix Rub ingredients then sprinkle over the pork.
- Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet (Note 3) over high heat. Add pork and sear until golden all over.
- When pork is almost seared, push to the side, add garlic and cook until golden.
- Pour sauce in. Turn pork once, then immediately transfer to the oven.
- Roast 15 - 18 minutes or until the internal temperature is 68C / 155F (Note 4).
- Remove pork onto plate, cover loosely with foil and rest 5 minutes.
- Place skillet with sauce on stove over medium high heat, simmer rapidly for 3 minutes until liquid reduces down to thin syrup.
- Remove from stove, put pork in and turn to coat in sauce.
- Cut pork into thick slices and serve with sauce!

Steps:
- In a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-lock plastic bag, add the first 5 ingredients; stir to combine.
- Remove 1/2 cup soy sauce mixture and set aside.
- Prick pork several times with a fork; place in remaining soy sauce mixture.
- Cover or seal; chill for 1 hour.
- Remove pork and throw away marinade.
- Grill pork over medium heat, covered, for 11-13 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer registers 160°, basting with reserved soy sauce mixture.

- Prepare Roasted Garlic.
- Season pork tenderloin with 2 tablespoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend, pressing spices into meat to adhere.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (about 450 degrees -500 degrees F).
- In a bowl combine roasted garlic, Tennessee whiskey, gourmet style BBQ sauce and honey. Mix well to combine and set aside for basting.
- Place seasoned tenderloins onto grill over direct heat. Grill tenderloins for 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-well, basting liberally with roasted garlic BBQ sauce during the last quarter of grilling time, until fully cooked. (An instant read thermometer should register 160 degrees F for medium; 170 degrees F for well-done.)
- Remove tenderloins from grill and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Thinly slice pork tenderloin on the bias and serve with extra roasted garlic BBQ sauce.
