JUICIEST BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN
This is the juiciest baked pork tenderloin recipe ever. It's coated in an easy spice rub, quickly browned in a pan which creates a lovely crust, then baked in a simple pan sauce to keep it incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The melt-in-your-mouth tender pork tastes amazing as leftovers, too!

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Dry the pork tenderloins well with paper towels.
- Mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Rub this spice mix over all sides of the pork.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork, working in 2 batches if your pan is not big enough to fit both tenderloins without them touching. Sear the pork on all sides until it is brown, about 6 minutes total. Take the pan off the heat.
- Move the pork to a baking dish. If the spices left in the pan are black, wipe them away with a paper towel. Return the pan to the heat and add the beef broth. Scrape the bottom of the pan to remove any stuck-on bits then boil for 1 minute until it reduces to about ¼ cup. Pour this sauce over the pork.
- Pour the apple cider vinegar over the pork then dot the top with the butter. Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake the pork for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Serve with a little minced parsley, for color.

MAPLE BAKED PORK LOIN ROAST
This is a GREAT recipe. Do not let the ingredients scare you, they combine to make a really great taste. The pork is so moist and tender that it will fall apart when you go to cut it. I find it comes out best with the loin that has two sections. If it is a single loin, it still comes out great, but does not fall apart quite so much. Everyone who tries this loves it so far. It's my husband's favorite and very easy to make. It cooks for 1 hr 45 min - 2 hrs.

- Place onto a large sheet of aluminum foil set on top of a baking sheet; set aside. Stir together the maple syrup, ketchup, water, and garlic. Pour 3/4 of this sauce over the pork. Fold the foil over the pork, and seal to form a packet.
- Bake in preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F (75 degrees C), about 2 hours. Carefully open up the foil packet, and broil for a few minutes until the sauce glazes the meat. Serve with remaining sauce.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you put it in the oven. Some cooks like to use a baking bag because the meat stays tender and juicy and...

- At least 1 hour before grilling combine the dry rub ingredients and coat the pork with spice mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can meld.
- In a heavy saucepan, melt Ghee over medium heat. Add shallots and saute until transparent; about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and saute until fragrant; about a minute. Add the remaining glaze ingredients; reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Use an immersion blender (boat motor) to liquify the sauce. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary. The finished glaze should be thickened but still pourable.
- Fire up the grill to high heat. Remove the pork pieces from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Brush on the banana glaze turning to coat both sides. Total cooking time should be about 10 minutes depending on the grill heat. Don't overcook. The pork is thin and will cooking quickly.
