ITALIAN PORK CHOP SHEET-PAN DINNER
Pork chops get a flavorful Italian spin alongside potatoes, green beans and tomatoes in this complete one-pan meal that's as delicious as it is easy to make.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of the melted butter, the garlic, Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of the salt. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into medium bowl; add pork chops, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Add potatoes to remaining mixture in large bowl; toss. Pour potato mixture in pan. Roast 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until tender.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter, the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
- Add pork to pan with potatoes. Top pork with bread crumb mixture; press to adhere. Add tomatoes and green beans to pan; sprinkle vegetables with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Roast 12 to 18 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center reads at least 145°F, and potatoes are browned and tender. Top with basil.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Fill a saucepan with lightly salted water, and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add the green beans, and return to a boil. Cook uncovered until the green beans are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain the beans, reserving 2/3 cup of the cooking liquid. Spread the beans into the greased baking dish.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops, and cook until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes per side. Season the browned pork chops with salt, pepper, sage, and garlic, then arrange over the green beans.
- Pour the reserved bean-cooking liquid in the skillet and stir the browned bits until dissolved. Pour over the pork chops. Place the tomato slices over the pork chops, and cover each with a slice of Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese melts and is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the pork chops should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

ITALIAN SLOW COOKED PORK CHOPS IN TOMATO SAUCE WITH GREEN BEANS
Pork Chops braised in tomato sauce, slow cooker or dutch oven for fork tender pork.

Steps:
- Heat oil in either a dutch oven or pot
- Cut onion into quarters. Peel garlic cloves.
- Add onion and garlic in oil.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown pork chops on each side.
- Pour peeled tomatoes into bowl. Squeeze with hand to crush.
- If using slow cooker, add tomatoes to crock pot. Add Chops. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- If using dutch oven, cook everything in dutch oven, add tomatoes, white wine.
- Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
- If the sauce looks too thick add a half cup water.
- Cook on very low for three hours either at 300 degrees in oven or on lowest possible burner on top of stove, stirring occasionally.
- If you want to add in green beans, trim and cook with the sauce.
- Discard the onion, garlic and carrot before serving.

- Mix cinnamon, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over both sides of pork chops.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer pork chops to a plate. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 to 60 seconds. Mix in green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, another 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken broth and bring mixture to a simmer, about 5 minutes.

- Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, then cook tomatoes and garlic, lightly pressing tomatoes occasionally, until tomatoes begin to burst, about 5 minutes.

PORK CHOPS WITH TOMATOES AND GARLIC
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
- Peel the onion and cut it in half lengthwise. cut the halves into thin slices.
- Add the sliced onion to the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the pork chops back to the pan with the garlic, tomatoes, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper; reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chops register at least 145 F.
- Serve the pork chops with the tomato sauce over hot cooked rice or with boiled or mashed potatoes.

- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper and dredge each pork chop in the mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork chops to the oil and cook 2-3 min on each side until they are golden brown. Remove from skillet.
