⅓ cup honey
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder, or to taste
¼ teaspoon dried tarragon
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
8 thin cut pork chops

Steps:

  • Place honey, orange juice, vinegar, wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon, and mustard in a large resealable plastic bag. Slash fatty edge of each chop in about three places without cutting into the meat; this will prevent the meat from curling during cooking. Place chops in the plastic bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Lightly oil grill grate. Place chops on grill, and discard marinade. Cook chops for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.

3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Combine 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper; sprinkle over pork chops. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil. Remove and keep warm., Remove skillet from heat and add wine, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in broth, mustard, honey and remaining garlic powder; cook and stir for 1 minute. Whisk in cream; cook and stir for 4-6 minutes or until thickened., Return pork chops and juices to the skillet. Cover and cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 3-5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:

  • Mix honey and mustard together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and lay pork chops into the hot butter. Sprinkle chops with half the garlic powder and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder, and pan-fry chops for 3 more minutes.

1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
3-4 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon neutral cooking oil (plus more as needed)
1 Tablespoon butter (optional)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mustards, honey, lemon juice, and paprika. Set aside. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a cast iron pan over medium high, heat the oil until it is shimmering. Add in the butter and then place the pork chops into the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the pork is golden brown and easily releases from the pan. Flip and repeat on the other side.

1 pound sweet potatoes (skin on), scrubbed then cubed into 1-inch cubes (2 large potatoes)
1 pound Yukon gold potatoes (skin on), scrubbed then cubed into 1-inch cubes (2 large potatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 5-ounce bone-in center cut pork chops, (½-1 inch thick)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain stone ground mustard
2 tablespoons honey
4 cloves of garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Adjust oven rack to the center position. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Add cubed potatoes to a large bowl, season them with salt and pepper then toss then with the minced garlic and oil. Roast potatoes on a baking sheet for 15 minutes - gently toss at 8 minutes so they don't stick to the pan.
  • Meanwhile season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Then mix the honey, mustard and garlic in a small bowl and baste ½ of the mixture on the top of the pork chops.
  • Remove potatoes from the oven and drizzle 1 more tablespoon of oil around the pan. Gently, turn a spatula upside down and use the flat edge to release any potatoes that are stuck to the pan. Then make 4 5x5 inch wells and add the pork chops to the pan with the honey mustard side up.
  • Roast pork chops and potatoes for 10 minutes.
  • Then leaving the pan in the oven turn on the broiler to high and broil for 2-3 minutes. The pork chops' internal temperature should reach 145-160 degrees.
  • Spoon on more sauce, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
