- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook about 2 minutes on each side or until slightly browned. Remove pork chops from skillet; set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, heat oil until hot. Add onion and mushrooms; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in milk and seasoning mix (from Ultimate Hamburger Helper box). Heat to boiling. Return pork chops to skillet; spoon some of the sauce over pork. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 9 to 11 minutes, stirring and turning pork chops occasionally, until pork is no longer pink in center.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan two thirds full of boiling water; add uncooked pasta (from Ultimate Hamburger Helper box). Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Drain; cover to keep warm.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook as the label directs for al dente, adding the broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water, then drain the pasta and broccoli and return to the pot. Add 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons parsley, the lemon zest and a big pinch each of salt and pepper. Stir well, adding the reserved cooking water as needed to loosen.
- Meanwhile, season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Dust with the flour, shaking off any excess. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until well browned and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
- Carefully add the wine to the skillet, scraping up the browned bits from the pan. Cook until reduced by about half, then stir in the lemon juice and capers; return to a simmer. Remove from the heat and swirl in the remaining 2 tablespoons each butter and parsley until the butter is melted. Pour in any accumulated juices from the plate of pork. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Divide the spaghetti and broccoli among plates and top each serving with a pork chop. Spoon the sauce on top.

- Note: Cook spaghetti according to package directions so that the pasta is ready about the same time that the pork chops are getting removed from the pan. Be sure to reserve a cup of the water before draining. You can use this liquid instead of the wine when tossing everything together in the pan later.
- Heat large pan to medium-high with a few tablespoons of olive oil (just enough to cover bottom of pan).
- Place pork chops in and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. With spatula, smear some of the fresh garlic on top of the chops.
- Brown chops on both sides. Once nicely carmelized, throw in the remaining fresh garlic and a little of the parsley and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste (not too much salt because remember the cheese is salty, so you don't want to over-do it). and simmer on medium until cooked through. If pork chops are thick, you may need to cover and add a little of the wine or water for a few minutes. Remove chops from pan, but *do not clean pan.*

- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides, just cooking for a few minutes on each side. Don't cook them completely as they will finish cooking in the oven.
- Place the cooked spaghetti squash in the center of a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Wrap it up and squeeze out some of the excess liquid. You don't have to squeeze it all out, but try to get as much as you can.
