PORK AND BEAN BREAD
This recipe doesn't taste like you would imagine. It's a huge hit with everyone who has tried it. It has a great flavor, and it is wonderful when its warmed with butter on it. People are always asking me to make them a loaf or two. Note: For best slicing results and a tender crust, wrap bread in aluminum foil and slice the next day. If you can wait that long...we can't.

PORK N BEANS CAKE (SPICE CAKE) - EASY
I have never seen a Pork N Beans Cake recipe. I got this from my late Uncle and it tastes like a Spice Cake when completed. I had my doubts, but it is a very good and great cake to fool people with when they try it. Very easy to make great for company functions.

- I've made this cake using the bundt pan and just dusting it with powdered sugar and it was very good. EI would say if you were going to frost it with the frosting, put it in 2 - 8" cake pans. ECool and frost. The directions I received said which the cake was a two layer cake, and the icing had crisscrossed lines of chocolate across the top for decoration.
