POPEYE SPINACH DIP



Popeye Spinach Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (10 1/2-ounce) package spinach
1 cup mayonnaise real
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup onion minced or to taste
1/2 cup parsley fresh, minced
dash hot sauce
Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Cook spinach according to package instructions. Drain in sieve, pressing against sides with spoon to remove all moisture. Place in blender or food processor with remaining ingredients purée. Chill before serving.
