POMEGRANATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill martini shaker or 3-cup covered container half full with ice. Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds and lime slices; cover and shake.
• Pour into a martini or other tall glass. Pour through a strainer to keep the ice out of the glass.
• Garnish with lime slice, sugar rim, or even fresh pomegranate seeds in the drink!

OPRAH'S POMEGRANATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

POMEGRANATE COSMOS

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to use. Pour the mixture into frozen martini glasses with a twist of lime peel and serve immediately.

COSMO-STYLE POMEGRANATE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour the vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

THE POMTINI

Steps:

• 1. Assemble all ingredients in bar or mixing glass. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. 2. Garnish with spiraled orange rind. *This cocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a POM Wonderful Pomegranate or by using POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, which is widely available at retail. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and squeeze the juice using a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large POM Wonderful Pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice.

POMTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist orange peel over cocktail and add to glass; serve.

HOLIDAY POMTINI

Steps:

• 1. Shake all drink ingredients with ice to chill. 2. Serve in a martini glass prepared as follows: 1. Mix in a bowl, one part ground cinnamon and one part granulated sugar. 2. Moisten the rim of a martini glass by swiping a slice of orange around the rim. 3. Dust glass rim with the sugared cinnamon mixture and decorate with a spiral of orange * This cocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a POM Wonderful pomegranate or by using POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice.
