EASY POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
This tasty pomegranate smoothie is one of the best ways to use those bright pink seeds! It's loaded with flavor, nutrients, and protein.

Steps:
- Place the pomegranate seeds in the blender and blend for a few seconds until mostly liquified.
- Add the remaining ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces. Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Eat immediately or store 1 day in a sealed jar; if it separates, shake to re-integrate it.

- To a blender, add the ice, yogurt and pomegranate martini. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with raspberries.

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Depending on the type of blender you have, you may need to stop and stir occasionally to help it along. If the mixture is too thick, add 2 tablespoons more pomegranate juice and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve cold.

POMEGRANATE MANGO SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Add the pomegranate seeds to a blender and pulse blend for a few seconds to release the juices. Strain through a sieve into a bowl, using the back of a spoon to help push the juice through. Discard the seeds left in the sieve.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to a smoothie texture. Add ice to taste, then pour into your glass. Enjoy!
BLUEBERRY POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Place the pomegranate juice, blueberries, yogurt, honey and ice in a blender. Turn on high and blend until smooth. Serve in a reusable to-go cup.;
