Pomegranate Lemonade Spritzer Recipes

POMEGRANATE LEMON VODKA SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Pour pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small pan. Bring to a simmer; cook, stirring til sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
• to serve, fill each of four tall rocks glasses with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup lemon syrup and 1 1/2 oz. vodka over the ice and top off with seltzer. Stir gently, garnish glasses with lemon wheels and serve. Serves 4. You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd.

BERRY POMEGRANATE VODKA SPRITZER RECIPE

Steps:

• To prevent watering down of your spritzers, freeze desired berries (after being washed and thoroughly dried) and pomegranate arils in a single layer on a flat sheet. Once they have frozen through you can pile them into a baggy and store in the freezer until you're ready to make the drinks. This way they shouldn't freeze together in a big clump and they can act as ice without watering down your drinks. Place about a tablespoon each of frozen berries and pomegranate arils into a 12 oz or larger glass. Pour pomegranate juice and vodka over the fruit. If your fruit or juice is on the tarter side, you may want to add in up to a tablespoon of simple syrup. Slowly pour in DASANI sparkling water. Gently stir drink to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, citrus slices, and/or more fresh or frozen berries and pomegranate arils as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

• To serve, fill a tall rocks glass with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice and top off with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Stir gently, garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and serve.

POMEGRANATE SPRITZER RECIPE

Steps:

• Muddle the lime juice, honey, and rosemary together until the rosemary releases its fragrance. Then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
• Pour the Pomegranate Rosemary Aperitif, the cherry brandy, and the pomegranate juice into the pitcher.
• Fill each glass halfway full with the pomegranate mixture, and then top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate arils as it suits you. Serve immediately.

POMEGRANATE LEMONADE

Steps:

• Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat with the sugar and mint leaves, stirring, just until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and pomegranate juice. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnished with a sprig of mint.

POMEGRANATE-LEMONADE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Add water and juice to drink mix in 2-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.
• Refrigerate 1 hour.
• Stir in club soda just before serving.
