SPARKLING POINSETTIA

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 piece crystallized ginger, halved
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1/2 ounce ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)
1 ounce pomegranate juice
5 ounces cold sparkling wine

Steps:

  • Put 1 piece crystallized ginger and the pomegranate seeds in a champagne flute. Top with the bitters. Pour in the ginger liqueur and pomegranate juice. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the remaining crystallized ginger.

1 cup sliced strawberry
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/4 cup thawed frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 gala apples, unpeeled and thinly sliced
1 pint fresh raspberry
sliced strawberry
sliced apple
fresh raspberry

Steps:

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large pitcher.
  • Cover and chill 1-8 hours.
  • Serve garnished with skewered sliced strawberries, sliced apple, and fresh raspberries.
