Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup cereal flake (Grape Nut Flakes)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Blend all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet, about 12 to a pan (cookies will spread a lot).
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes before removing.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Using medium speed of your electric mixer, slowly add the flour mixture to the cookie batter until combined.
On low speed, mix in the raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts just until all ingredients are combined.
