1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
3/4 cup milk
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup pimentos, drained
8 ounces noodles, cooked
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in skillet,stirring until crumbly.
  • Add onion,cooking until tender.
  • Stir in milk, soup, cream cheese until well blended.
  • Add remaining ingredients,mixing well.
  • Cook until heated through.

So, one time while we were visiting at my Aunt's my Mother watched her make it and promptly went into the other room to write down the recipe! It is rich, but so good as...

PREPARING NOODLES:
10-12 oz egg noodles, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp salt ( or salt substitute)
PREPARING GROUND BEEF & VEGETABLES:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp salt (or salt substitute)
2 tsp black pepper
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) green peas, drained
1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter (or margarine)

Steps:

  • 1. For Noodles: While preparing meat mixture, in a separate, large, sauce pan fill 3/4 full with water and 1 1/2 t. salt; and bring to a rolling boil. Add noodles to water and cook until tender.
  • 2. Pour water and noodles into a colander, rinsing the noodles with hot tap water (to remove excess starch). Set noodles aside.
  • 3. In large skillet or dutch oven brown ground beef and saute onions on medium heat. After meat is browned, drain grease from pan.
  • 4. Add remaining ingredients (in no particular order) stirring occasionally to prevent food from sticking to the pot.
  • 5. Continue cooking approximately 15-20 minutes for all ingredients to get hot. In last five minutes stir into the mixture the egg noodles.
  • 6. Pour mixture into a serving dish and enjoy!

1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 (10 ounce) package wide egg noodles

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil, add noodles and cook until al dente.
  • In large skillet, cook the beef until fully cooked, drain.
  • Add corn, cream of mushroom soup.
  • Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
  • Add milk.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!

1 pkg cream cheese

  • 1. brown hambuger meat u can use lowfat beef if u want after browned drain
  • 2. boil egg noodles until done drain open corn drain real good
  • 3. mix egg noodles,haambuger meat,corn together add cream cheese it should melt if still hot enjoy!
