1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 (16 ounce) can diced Italian-style tomatoes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 ounces sliced pepperoni, divided
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain water and transfer spaghetti to the prepared baking dish.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Whisk milk and egg together in a bowl; pour over spaghetti. Add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and oregano to spaghetti and mix well.
  • Spread ground beef over spaghetti mixture and top with 1/2 of the pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian cheese blend over pepperoni and top with the remaining pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.

1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, toss spaghetti with egg substitute and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly into a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; set aside., In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef, onion and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat through. , Spoon over spaghetti. Top with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces pepperoni sausage, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Combine egg, milk, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Stir in cooked spaghetti; mix well.
  • Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, and the remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. Top with pepperoni, return to oven, and bake until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown, about 30 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs ground venison
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and drained
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (20 oz)
8 ounces sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and seasoning in oil.
  • Drain.
  • While beef is browning, cook pasta according to the packaging
  • Stir in pasta, spaghetti sauce and 3 cups cheese.
  • Place mixture in 2 greased 9x13x2 inch baking pans or 4 square pans.
  • Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Top with pepperoni.
  • Cover and freeze up to 3 months.
  • To cook now: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
  • To bake frozen casserole: Thaw in refrigerator overnight and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, till hot.

1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained (ziti, small or medium shells, or another small-shaped pasta may be substituted)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large sweet Vidalia onion, diced small
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
2 cups pizza or marina sauce
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
24 pepperoni
fresh parsley, optional for garnishing

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler to high and spray a 9×13-inch baking or casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • To a stockpot, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's directions; drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta cooks, to a Dutch oven or other large pot, add the olive oil, onion, and cook over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until the onion begins to soften; stir occasionally.
  • Add the beef, evenly sprinkle with the oregano, salt, pepper, and crumble beef as it cooks to encourage even cooking; stir frequently.
  • After the beef is cooked through, add the pizza sauce, cooked pasta, and stir very well to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish, evenly top with the cheese, pepperoni, and broil for about 3 minutes, or until cheese has melted or is as browned as desired. Watch it very closely because cheese can burn extremely quickly under the broiler, sometimes in a matter of 15 seconds.
  • Optionally garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Family-friendly dinners don't get much easier than this 4-Ingredient Dump and Bake Pizza Casserole! There's no need to boil the pasta ahead of time, since all of the ingredients cook together in one dish!

1 (16 ounce) package uncooked elbow pasta
3 cups (about 25.5 ounces) marinara sauce
3 cups water
1 (5 ounce) package mini pepperoni, divided ((or substitute with regular or turkey pepperoni, chopped))
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Optional: Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In the prepared baking dish (or in a separate bowl), stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, about ¾ of the package of pepperoni, and salt. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove dish from oven, take off cover, and give the pasta a stir. At this point it should be almost done, but still a bit firm ("al dente").
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and place remaining pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Return the dish to the oven and bake, uncovered, for about 5-10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender).
  • Garnish with optional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired

12 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (1 lb) package mild ground turkey or 1 (1 lb) package pork sausage
2 ounces turkey pepperoni, cut in half (about 30)
1 (26 ounce) jar tomato-and-basil pasta sauce (use more if you like)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded italian three-cheese blend (another cup won't hurt!)
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, and stems drained (optional)
sliced green olives (optional)
black olives (optional)
onion, green peppers (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti with 1/2 teaspoons salt according to package directions. Drain well, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. (If you are adding onions and or green peppers cook them along with the sausage) Drain and set aside. Wipe skillet clean. Add pepperoni, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until slightly crisp.
  • Top spaghetti in baking dish with sausage; pour pasta sauce over sausage (add any additional veggies etc at this time as well.) Arrange half of pepperoni slices evenly over pasta sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Arrange remaining half of pepperoni slices evenly over cheese. Cover with nonstick or lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; remove foil, and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.
  • For OAMC: Freeze the unbaked casserole up to one month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and bake as directed.
