Steps:
- In a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Stir to dissolve the yeast. Let rest until mixture becomes foamy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the oil, 3 cups of flour, salt, garlic powder, seasoning and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix on medium speed until dough comes together in one ball, and then knead for another 3 minutes on medium speed. The dough should be just a little sticky.
- Add the remaining flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed. The sticky dough is important to help the crust get a little lift as it cooks!
- Lightly flour your countertop. Place the ball of dough on the counter, cover with a clean dish towel and let rest 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and brush a baking sheet with some of the melted better. Reserve remaining butter.
- Roll the dough out to a 12x18" rectangle. Spread 1/2-1 cup of marinara sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce and cover with pepperoni.
- Starting at the long edge, tightly roll up the dough, pinching the pepperoni slices into the roll if they try to escape as you go. Use the last 1" of clean dough to pinch and seal the dough. Cut evenly into 12 slices.
- Arrange the pinwheels cut side up on the baking sheet and spread them out so they aren't touching. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, stir together the remaining butter, parsley and salt in a small bowl. Brush the tops and sides of the baked pinwheels with butter mixture and serve with additional marinara or Alfredo sauce, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Form the pizza dough into a rectangluar shape. The backside of an 18"x13" baking sheet works great for this.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving ½ inch without the sauce at one of the short ends. Add the ham, pineapple, and mozzarella over the sauce.
- Roll the pizza, starting at the short end with the sauce right to the edge. Use the edge without the sauce to seal the roll, pinching the dough together a little, if necessary.
- Cut the pizza roll into 8 equal pieces. Place the pieces on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the pizza dough is cooked. Sprinkle the top with some minced chives, if using.

Steps:
- Mix flour and yogurt together in a large bowl until it forms a ball. Transfer to a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth, adding more flour as necessary to keep dough from sticking, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Roll out dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Spread with pizza sauce. Cover with pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese, leaving a 1-inch border bare on one long edge of the rectangle so dough can be sealed once it's rolled up.
- Roll up rectangle starting from one long end and seal roll by brushing a bit of water on the inner edge of the dough. Place roll on a sheet of parchment paper and freeze to firm up and make the roll easier to cut, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice roll into 1-inch pieces and place on the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart, reshaping rolls if needed. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 18 to 22 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
