PIZZA CRUST (BREAD MACHINE)
My family loves homemade pizza and using my bread machine to make the dough really takes the work out of it. This recipe make a soft thick crust. Sometimes I sprinkle the crust with garlic salt to add even more flavor. Prep time does not include cycle time, as bread machines vary.

Steps:
- Add ingredients in the order reccommended for your bread machine and set to dough cycle.
- After it's finished, transfer dough to lightly oiled pan.
- For a thick crust, cover and allow to rise for about 20 minutes; for thin, bake right away.
- Heap with toppings of your choice and bake in 450F oven for about 20 minutes (I sometimes put the crust in for about 5 minutes before adding toppings to speed it up a little bit and to prevent a soggy crust).
- Enjoy!
WORLD'S EASIEST BREAD MACHINE PIZZA DOUGH
Borrowed from a handful of other pizza dough recipes and tweaked to yield a tasty, thick crust using a bread machine. If you use a pizza stone, sprinkle it with cornmeal before placing the pizza on it to help keep it from sticking. Feel free to try different spices if you don't like any of the ones in this recipe.

- Place ingredients in bread machine in order given. Select the DOUGH cycle and start. Peek at the dough after 5 minutes. It should be gathering into a ball that sticks to the edge of the pan, then pulls away. If it doesn't still add a tablespoon of water. If it won't pull away after sticking, add a tablespoon of flour.
- When the DOUGH cycle completes and the pizza dough is double the original size, remove dough from the bread pan to a floured surface. Divide into 2 pieces and shape each half into a ball. Cover and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Spray 2 heavy pizza pans (I use 2 13-inch round pans) or a baking sheet with olive oil. Push and cajole pizza to the desired thinness with your hands. Using a rolling pin tends to make the dough compact. If the dough is resistant to stretching, let it sit and relax for a few minutes then come back to it.

- If you're using active dry yeast, dissolve it, with a pinch of sugar, in 2 tablespoons of the lukewarm water. Let the yeast and water sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, until the mixture has bubbled and expanded. If you're using instant yeast, you can skip this step., Weigh your flour; or measure it by gently spooning it into a cup, then sweeping off any excess. Combine the dissolved yeast (or the instant yeast) with the remainder of the ingredients. Mix and knead everything together—by hand, mixer or bread machine set on the dough cycle—till you've made a soft, smooth dough. If you're kneading in a stand mixer, it should take 4 to 5 minutes at second speed, and the dough should barely clean the sides of the bowl, perhaps sticking a bit at the bottom. Don't over-knead the dough; it should hold together, but can still look fairly rough on the surface., To make pizza up to 24 hours later, skip to step 5., To make pizza now: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover the bowl,
