My mother called this 'Cherry Cloud Salad,' but in the 70's and 80's everything was a salad! These days most people call it a dessert, as it's very sweet and rich.

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
½ cup pecans

Steps:

Beat sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and whipped topping together in a bowl. Stir pineapple, cherry pie filling, and pecans into the milk mixture.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients

1 can (16 ounces) pitted dark sweet cherries, juice reserved
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

Drain cherries, reserving 1/4 cup juice. In a bowl, whip juice with cream cheese. Stir in cherries, pineapple, whipped topping and marshmallows. Chill until serving.

1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
8 ounce(s) cool whip
1 cup(s) pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1 cup(s) dark pitted sweet cherries, drained
1/4 cup(s) walnuts, coarsely chopped

Steps:

Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until blended. Add all other ingredients. Let set several hours or overnight. (If you don't like nuts, you can omit them).
