- Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Arrange strawberries, cut-side down, on the prepared baking sheet; bake until completely dry, about 4 hours, flipping once halfway through bake time.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet, about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place breads on baking sheet - ungreased.
- Sprinkle cheese on each pita and add Italian seasoning to each.
- Top with rest of ingredients divided equally on the four breads.
- Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon (olive oil) on each pita.
- Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Cut in half and let rest for 4 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using 2 tablespoons oil, brush insides of pita rounds. Cut each round into 6 wedges. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, oiled sides up; toast until golden brown and crisp, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pulse feta, yogurt, lemon juice, and remaining 3 tablespoons oil in a food processor just until mixture is thick and spreadable, about 10 pulses. Transfer to a medium bowl, and stir in parsley and radishes. Serve with pita crisps.

- Prehead the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the pita bread into triangles by first halving the bread, then in quarters, then in ⅓'s. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and line it with pita chips. Spray chips with oil spray, then sprinkle with the combination of garlic, pepper and salt. Turn chips over and sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor for 4 minutes, scraping down the sides every 2 minutes with a spatula when off to incorporate all ingredients. Spoon into a bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Eat with garlic pita chips or any other crackers or chips.
