1 box Graham Cracker Crumbs and the ingredients it calls for to make a crust.
1 box Pistachio pudding. Follow the directions for "pudding pie".
1 box White Chocolate pudding. Follow the directions for "pudding pie"
8 oz block of cream cheese.
1/2 cup confectioner sugar.
16 oz tubs of Cool Whip.

Steps:

Make graham cracker crust as directed on the box. Press crust into the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Bake crust as directed.
Mix together cream cheese and confectioner sugar. Once well blended fold in half of a container of cool whip.
Spread cream cheese mixture on chilled crust.
Prepare pistachio pudding. When it has slightly stiffened spread across cream cheese mixture creating a layer.
Prepare white chocolate pudding. When it has slightly stiffened create another layer.
Using the last tub and a half of cool whip spread on the top layer.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.

2-1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 carton (1-1/2 quarts) vanilla ice cream, softened
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped, divided
3 drops green food coloring, optional
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 jar (11-3/4 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 7-9 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, combine the ice cream, pudding mixes, 1 cup pistachios and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours., Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with fudge topping; sprinkle with remaining pistachios.

When I first fixed dinner for my father in law, he put this in his mouth and just sit there, I had no idea, I thought he wanted to spit it out, but once he swallowed it, he said he loved it and just wanted to hold it in his mouth. This was his very favorite, and everyone loves this. The cream cheese layer is sometimes hard to spread, I use the back of a large spoon and run cold water over it. Prep time includes 4 hours in the fridge before serving.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup flour
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 (3 ounce) packages pistachio pudding mix
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 pecans, chopped

Steps:

Mix butter flour and pecans together.
Press in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake ar 350 for 15 minutes.
