- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 325° for 7-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Stir in ice cream; pour over crust. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm. , Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.

- First things first: make sure the bowl of your ice cream maker is thoroughly frozen before beginning! You will need a 1-quart, 1½-quart or larger ice cream maker.
- Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least two hours (longer is okay).
- Following the instructions for your specific ice cream maker, pour the chilled mixture into the ice cream maker and process until thick (about 15 to 20 minutes). It will be ready when it is the consistency of soft ice cream.
- For firmer ice cream, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe bowl, cover, and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

- Blend all ice cream ingredients together in a power blender until completely smooth.
- Transfer into a silicone*** pops mold (or a glass container if not making pops) that's set on a flat metal tray. If you have a bit of mixture left over that doesn't fit into your molds, pour it into a small glass container. Freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours to set. Then carefully pop the ice cream out of the molds. If consuming these like ice cream instead, then once the mixture chills and sets simply scoop and enjoy.
- Optional: drizzle the pops with melted chocolate and sprinkle with rose petals if desired. For this step, I recommend keeping a flat chilled metal tray lined with parchment paper handy and keep the unmolded pops on it. Return back to the freezer. Once your chocolate mixture is melted and you're ready to drizzle, remove the tray from the freezer, drizzle the chocolate and sprinkle on the roses. Then briefly return back to the freezer for the chocolate to set.
- Enjoy! Keep the pops frozen until ready to consume. I stored mine in a glass container, separated with a small piece of parchment paper lining in between each pop.

- Put pudding mix in a small bowl, whisk in 2 cups of cold milk.
- Pre chill your ice cream machine for about 5 min (if pre chilling is required by manufacture).
- Pour pudding mixture into machine and follow manufacturers directions.
- If using the nuts, add them to the mixture when it is about half done, and finish processing; OR, follow the manufacturers directions for adding chopped candy bars to ice cream, and add the chopped nuts following those directions.
- Store any leftover ice cream in the freezer in a tightly covered container.
- Press a piece of plastic wrap into the surface of the ice cream before covering the container, to prevent ice crystals from forming.
EASY PISTACHIO ICE CREAM

- 1. Set ice cream out to thaw. I use 1/2 of a 1.5 qt of any kind of vanilla ice cream.
- 2. Place stick of butter in a 9x13 pan and melt in the oven on low temperature. While butter is melting, crush crackers with a rolling pin. Mix melted butter and crackers together and pat down evenly in the pan. Put back in oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy but not brown.
- 3. In a seperate bowl mix together pistachio and vanilla pudding with milk. Add a drop of green food coloring if desired. Fold in ice cream. Pour mixture over crumb crust and refrigerate for one hour to set.
- 4. After one hour spread Cool Whip on pudding/ice cream layer. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or cherries or shaved chocolate for decoration. Chill for couple hours before serving.
