Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to 40 x 32cm. Spread a layer of pasta sauce over it, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. Arrange the ham evenly on top, then scatter the grated cheese over.
- Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or so.
- Take a very sharp knife and cut the roll into 12 equal slices, laying them flat on 2 non-stick baking trays as you go. Brush each pinwheel lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle over the herbs. Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut 1"-1 ½" pinwheels from the log.

Steps:
- In a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Stir to dissolve the yeast. Let rest until mixture becomes foamy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the oil, 3 cups of flour, salt, garlic powder, seasoning and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix on medium speed until dough comes together in one ball, and then knead for another 3 minutes on medium speed. The dough should be just a little sticky.
- Add the remaining flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed. The sticky dough is important to help the crust get a little lift as it cooks!
- Lightly flour your countertop. Place the ball of dough on the counter, cover with a clean dish towel and let rest 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and brush a baking sheet with some of the melted better. Reserve remaining butter.
- Roll the dough out to a 12x18" rectangle. Spread 1/2-1 cup of marinara sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce and cover with pepperoni.
- Starting at the long edge, tightly roll up the dough, pinching the pepperoni slices into the roll if they try to escape as you go. Use the last 1" of clean dough to pinch and seal the dough. Cut evenly into 12 slices.
- Arrange the pinwheels cut side up on the baking sheet and spread them out so they aren't touching. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, stir together the remaining butter, parsley and salt in a small bowl. Brush the tops and sides of the baked pinwheels with butter mixture and serve with additional marinara or Alfredo sauce, if desired.

Steps:
- Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl and let sit for about 3-4 minutes, until yeast is bubbling up.
- Add in oil, salt and flour. Start with 2 1/2 cups of flour, then add more until the dough cleans the sides of the mixing bowl. (I use a mixer for this part as it makes it just so much easier!) Continue mixing for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for 15 minutes. In cold weather, I like to turn my oven on for about 3 or 4 minutes, then turn it off and let my dough rest in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray counter top with non-stick cooking spray and roll dough out into a large rectangle about 1/4" thick.
- Top with pizza sauce and spread to coat dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Add pizza toppings- I did a section of dough for pepperoni pinwheels, another section with just cheese and a third with ham and pineapple. Top with another 1 cup of cheese.
- Starting with one of the long sides of the rectangle, roll dough up tightly, pinching the seams to close at the end. Use a sharp, thin knife to cut 1 1/2" sections of dough from the large roll. This will result in about 15 pinwheels.
- Set pinwheels on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for an additional 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted and rolls are just beginning to turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with warmed pizza sauce to dip on the side.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Form the pizza dough into a rectangluar shape. The backside of an 18"x13" baking sheet works great for this.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving ½ inch without the sauce at one of the short ends. Add the ham, pineapple, and mozzarella over the sauce.
- Roll the pizza, starting at the short end with the sauce right to the edge. Use the edge without the sauce to seal the roll, pinching the dough together a little, if necessary.
- Cut the pizza roll into 8 equal pieces. Place the pieces on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the pizza dough is cooked. Sprinkle the top with some minced chives, if using.

- Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a floured surface as if you were making cinnamon rolls. I generally roll into a 11x15 inch rectangle. Brush the olive oil over the surface, then spread the pizza sauce evenly across surface of dough. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, then half of the mozzarella cheese and 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
- Place the pepperoni on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Microwave for 20 seconds on HIGH, then remove and dab off all of the excess grease you can (you can also place the pepperoni on a lined sheet and do this using the oven too, just watch it carefully for a minute or so). Sprinkle evenly over the cheese along with the ham, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Roll up dough carefully into log and pinch the ends to close. Cut 12 even slices (dental floss works great) and place onto a parchment or baking mat lined baking sheet.
