Pineapple Martini image

One of my favorite drinks is a Recipe#247262 martini, made popular by The Capital Grille. Pineapple is sliced and put into a large, glass jar. The jar is then filled with Stoli vodka and left to sit for seven days. You can't touch it until day eight. The result is no bite- just a nice, pineapple taste. If you can't wait till the 8th day then try this recipe. ; )

1 1/2 fluid ounces dekuyper tropical pineapple liqueur (1 'shot')
1 1/2 fluid ounces Absolut mandarin vodka (1 'shot')

Steps:

  • Combine in a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir and serve straight up in a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Steps:

  • Add ice, pineapple juice and vodka to a cocktail shaker. Squeeze a lime wedge and add to shaker.
  • Shake until blended. Then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wedge

Ice

1/2 cup vanilla rum
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup

Steps:

  • Place brown sugar in wide, shallow bowl. Wet each martini glass rim with water; dip rim into brown sugar to coat.
  • Fill shaker with ice. Pour pineapple juice, rum and grenadine syrup over ice; shake well. Pour chilled martini into martini glasses.
