This is a summertime drink my mother used to serve back in the 70's when she was entertaining. Best served in frosted glasses.You''l need time for the juices to chill if they are not already. (not included in cooking time)

2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pint Orange sherbet
mint sprig (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix juices and chill.
  • Pour into six glasses.
  • Add a small scoop of sherbet to each glass.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs.
