PINEAPPLE VODKA COCKTAIL!

Steps:

• Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add the pineapple juice, vodka and lime juice and stir to combine.
• Pour a splash of grenadine along the side of the glass. It will settle to the bottom to make a ruby red layer at the base. Garnish with fresh pineapple or pineapple leaves.

PINEAPPLE VODKA

Steps:

• Peel the pineapple and cut it into chunks. Put the pineapple into a glass vessel or anything that holds liquid with a tight fitting lid.
• Fill the vessel with the vodka. Cover and put it off to the side for at least 2 weeks to let the flavors infuse. You can let it sit up to 6 weeks if you can wait that long!
• Use it to make your favorite pineapple drinks.

PINEAPPLE VODKA COCKTAIL RECIPE

Steps:

• Open can of pineapple slices and pour liquid into a small pitcher. Set pineapple slices aside.
• Add vodka and lemon-lime soda to pitcher then stir (gently) until ingredients are completely combined.
• Place a slice of pineapple in the bottom of each glass then fill with ice. Pour mixture into glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry and mint sprig. Cheers!

Steps:

• Fill a chilled martini glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Add pineapple juice, vodka, lime juice, and orange liqueur; shake vigorously if using a cocktail shaker, or stir in the glass until well combined.

PINEAPPLE-INFUSED VODKA

Steps:

• Stack pineapple slices in a circle around the edges of a large glass jar, leaving the center open. Pour vodka into jar, completely covering pineapple. Seal jar and store in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
• Remove pineapple and strain vodka through a mesh strainer back into a jar; seal and refrigerate.

FRESH PINEAPPLE VODKA COCKTAIL {JUST 129 CALORIES}

Steps:

• Add the pineapple and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
• Use a fine mesh strainer to separate the pineapple juice from the pulp. Discard the pulp and pour the juice into tall glass or cocktail shaker.
• To the pineapple juice, add vodka and lime juice, and mix together with a spoon.
• Add ice to a wine glass, pour the pineapple vodka mixture over the ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves.
• Special Tip: If you're using frozen pineapple, try adding 3 frozen pineapple cubes to the glass in leu of ice.
