PINEAPPLE PECAN CHEESE SPREAD

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
• Add the cheese, 3/4 cup pecans, pineapple, chilies,red pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
• Transfer to a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
• Right before serving, sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

PINEAPPLE PECAN CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight. , Just before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.

PINECONE-SHAPED SPREAD

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, onion, dill and pepper; chill. Form into two pinecone shapes on a serving platter. Beginning at the narrow end of each shape, arrange almonds in overlapping rows. Garnish with rosemary if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Steps:

• Combine cream cheese and pineapple, beating until well mixed and fluffy.
• If this is too stiff to spread, add the milk, a little at a time, until mixture is of spreading consistency.
