Steps:
- Chop the pineapple into pieces, removing the tough core.
- Add the pineapple and 1 cup of water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the pineapple mixture.
- Add the strained pineapple mixture to a large pitcher.
- Also add the remaining water and sugar to the pitcher.
- Mix until combined.
- Taste for good measure.
- Serve in a glass over ice.

- Add pineapple, banana, yogurt and ice to blender. Add 1 cup of the milk. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Add more milk about 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached (I wanted to be able to slurp mine with a straw and it ended up being about 1 1/2 cups of milk). Pour into a glass and drink up!

- Tangerine Licuado
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to blend. No need to strain. Chill well in the refrigerator. Serve over ice with a tangerine wheel for garnish.
