It's hard to believe this slurpalicious punch is a better-for-you recipe, but it is-lemonade, grenadine syrup, pineapple juice and all!

Steps:
- Empty drink mix into large pitcher. Add water; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and grenadine syrup. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Meanwhile, insert pineapple chunks evenly onto skewers; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve in 8 tall glasses over crushed ice, if desired. Add 1 pineapple skewer to each glass.

- Mix the lemon juice and raw honey until the honey is completely melted. You can substitute honey for sugar but it will taste different.
- Add water to your taste. I used 3 cups of water but if you plan on adding ice cubes, reduce by 2 cups.
- Strain the pineapple juice and add it to the mix. You can add pineapple chunks when serving the lemonade in glasses.
- At this point you can either add all the Sprite in the pitcher or you can fill glasses half way with lemonade and continue filling with Sprite. I think the last option will make the lemonade a bit more sparkling especially if you serve it immediately.
