- Remove the skin and cut the pineapple to chunks.
- Deseed the jalapeno and remove the pith.
- Cut onion into cubes.
- In a blender jar, add pineapple cubes, jalapeno, onion, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
- Blend it coarsely.
- And transfer to serving bowls. And enjoy with salad or sandwich.

- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise with sour cream, 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, Dijon, 1 tablespoon sugar, lemon juice and salt.
